1) Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and PrestoQ provided by Presto Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using PrestoQ on WhatsApp or any supported channel, you agree to these Terms and to any policies referenced here (including our Privacy Policy).
2) About PrestoQ
PrestoQ is an AI assistant that helps you initiate and confirm mobile-money (“MoMo”) and similar transactions via natural-language prompts (e.g., “Send 1 cedi to 0545… for bread.”). Where available, PrestoQ may display recipient names, apply categories/notes, and provide spending insights.
PrestoQ communicates through channels like WhatsApp. You consent to receiving service messages over those channels to operate your account and complete transactions.

- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in Ghana (or your local jurisdiction).
- You must have an active MoMo or supported payment account in your own name and the right to authorize transactions.
- You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when it changes.
4) Accounts, Security & PIN/OTP
- Your responsibility: Keep your device, WhatsApp account, and PrestoQ PIN/verification codes secure. Do not share them.
- Verification: We may require PIN, OTP, or other checks before executing a transaction.
- We never ask you to share your MoMo wallet’s provider PIN or to send money to “verify” your account.
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access so we can restrict activity where possible.
5) Transactions, Limits & Fees
Initiation: When you instruct PrestoQ to send money, you authorize us to relay that instruction to your connected provider and to present confirmations back to you.
Limits: Transaction and wallet limits are determined by your provider and applicable laws. We may add our own safety limits or require additional checks.
Fees: Your provider may charge network, reversal, or other fees. We may charge a service fee for certain features.
- Provider fees: as shown by your MoMo/payment provider.
- PrestoQ service fee: This varies
Taxes & FX: You’re responsible for any taxes. If currency conversion applies, provider FX rates/fees may apply.
Back to top ↑6) Errors, Reversals & Disputes
- Check details: Always confirm recipient number/name and amount before approval.
- Wrong recipient or amount: Contact your provider immediately to request a reversal per their rules. We’ll assist with information we have but cannot guarantee reversals.
- Service errors: If PrestoQ displays incorrect information or fails to deliver a message, tell us promptly at legal@prestoghana.com.
7) Permitted & Prohibited Use
Use PrestoQ only for lawful personal or business purposes. You agree not to:
- Violate any law, including anti-money-laundering (AML), counter-terrorist-financing (CTF), or sanctions rules.
- Send fraudulent payments, impersonate others, or facilitate scams.
- Probe or disrupt our systems, misuse our APIs, or scrape without consent.
- Use PrestoQ for illegal goods/services or high-risk activities we prohibit.
8) AI Behaviour & Limitations
- PrestoQ uses AI to interpret your instructions. AI may make mistakes or misunderstand context.
- Always review confirmations before approving a transfer.
- Insights and suggestions are informational and not financial advice.
9) Third-Party Services
PrestoQ interacts with messaging and payment providers (e.g., WhatsApp, mobile network operators, payment gateways). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability, fees, or performance.

Your privacy matters. Our data practices are described in our Privacy Policy (incorporated by reference). By using PrestoQ, you consent to those practices, including processing messages needed to deliver the service and to combat fraud.

PrestoQ, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use PrestoQ as permitted by these Terms.

You retain rights to content you provide. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to operate, improve, and secure PrestoQ (including combating fraud and abuse).

We may offer early features for testing. They may be unstable, limited, or changed/removed at any time. You accept the risks of using beta features.

- Availability: We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Outages can occur (provider downtime, maintenance, network issues).
- Support: Contact us at support@prestoghana.com. Response times may vary.
- Changes: We may modify features, impose limits, or discontinue parts of the service.
15) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we suspect fraud, security issues, unlawful activity, or violation of these Terms. You may stop using PrestoQ at any time.

PrestoQ is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that instructions will always be interpreted correctly or that third-party services will be available or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for claims arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim; or (b) GHS 500.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of PrestoQ, violation of laws, or breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes will be resolved by confidential arbitration seated in Accra under rules of a recognized arbitral body. You and we waive class actions to the extent permitted by law. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect IP or confidential information.
